Friedli AG stands for experience and innovation in plant engineering. Since our founding in 1992, we have become a leading provider of solutions in the areas of wood pellets, animal feed, wood gasification, biochar and slaughter by-products.

Friedli Bioenergy GmbH
Based on many years of experience and practical knowledge in pelletizing plant construction as well as excellent energy market knowledge, FRIEDLI AG developed the FRIEDLI BIOENERGY project, the construction and operation of its own pellet production plant. Useful, environmentally friendly, renewable, economical and CO2-neutral — in other words, a combination of economy with ecology. The company was founded in 2013 and has been supplying pellets to the emerging market of renewable energy sources for over 10 years (Switzerland only produces around 75% of the required or increasing quantity so far). The pellets are distributed by regionally based partners. The entire added value — from raw materials to production to use/heat generation — is therefore generated locally. This is also a commitment to practice-oriented sustainability.
By the way: FRIEDLI BIOENERGIE GMBH also provides a quarter of the electricity required itself. It receives electricity from its own photovoltaic system.
The strengths of the parent company, comprehensive know-how in all areas of process engineering and our state-of-the art engineering (BIM, Industry 4.0) led to additional benefits for engineering, including as a supplier of everyday knowledge from practice.
