We realise complete wood pelleting systems with capacities from 500 to 15,000 kg/h - as a general contractor or as a planner at your side. Our experience also includes demanding applications such as hardwood processing. We coordinate all interfaces, from heat distribution and the power plant to high-voltage and transformer planning. From the feasibility study to the funding application to commissioning: we support you with over 20 years of experience and a holistic view.

We realise plants for the production of biochar - as soil conditioner, bedding or feed charcoal - certified according to EBC-AgroBio and EBC-FutterPlus. For wood gasification, we offer integrated CHP solutions for power and heat generation. From the feasibility study to commissioning, we support you as a planner or general contractor.

Around 10 years ago, we took over and further developed the proven Carnitec technology for bone degreasing and fat melting systems. Our systems process bones into gelatine meal. As a member of the EHEDG, we have the necessary knowledge for hygienic, process-orientated solutions in the food environment.

Our process engineering expertise is used in many other industries. We develop sustainable, economical solutions, particularly for processing organic residues or biomass. Thanks to our broad project experience and ability to manage technical interfaces properly, we are also the right partner for complex or innovative applications.
